Walking Group (multi-aged)

Are you lacking the motivation to go for a walk? Join this group for a gentle walk around your neighbourhood for 30-40 minutes, starting and finishing at the House. A cuppa and chat afterwards for those who can stay.

Pilates/Yoga

Pilates/Yoga classes use a range of unique exercises designed to tone and shape muscles and strengthen the body core for improved posture, whilst increasing and developing flexibility.
(Requirements: soft clothing, soft-soled shoes such as ballet or jiffies, a foam mat)
